Wedding Season: The Bachelorette Party

Wedding Season: The Bachelorette Party

If you’re in charge of planning the bachelorette party this wedding season, the most important part is that it will be something the bride-to-be will enjoy.

If you’re in charge of planning the bachelorette party this wedding season, the most important part is that it will be something the bride-to-be will enjoy. While you might only pick and choose ideas that appeal to you, other bridesmaids, and other members of the bridal party, resist the urge to go overboard and make it tacky. Here is a guide to planning the perfect bash.

Go Off the Grid

Unplug all those pesky devices and get off the grid for a few days. While going to Las Vegas, Nashville, or other party-hard cities like Phoenix or Miami are on the table, don’t be afraid to leave the city behind. Reconnect with nature somewhere off the beaten path, especially in Montana or Wyoming. Staying at a hot spring, going hiking in the mountains, and going on a guided tour before having an upscale dinner to treat yourselves is a fantastic way to spend the getaway weekend you’ve always dreamed of – particularly if the bride has an incurable case of wanderlust.

Have a Wine Tasting

Another idea is to schedule a wine tasting. This can serve two purposes, especially if there is going to be an open bar at the wedding. Bachelorette parties are all about letting loose, so why not sample the wine that will be offered during the actual ceremony? Plus, this is an opportunity to visit wineries and vineyards in your state or an hour away that you have never been able to visit before. Try stomping on some grapes for an unforgettable experience.

Plan a Day at the Spa

All bachelorette parties aren’t the same, and planning a wedding can be super stressful. Maybe the answer lies in a surprise spa day! You can schedule massages, face masks, and other calming and refreshing treatments both at home and somewhere out of town! It all comes down to what everyone in your party wants to do.
